Royal Oak, Mich., December 5, 2018 – Airfoil Communications, an independent technology-focused PR and marketing communications firm, has promoted six staff members as part of the agency’s recent restructuring to meet its clients’ evolving needs.
In the newly formed Client Experience group, Mary Bortman and Elaine Green have been promoted to account director, while Lindsey Tinetti and Molly Nyenhuis have been promoted to account supervisor. In the Content and Social Media Strategy group, Tim Moynihan has been promoted to editorial director, and Harmony Cook has been promoted to business development and marketing specialist.
Mary Bortman, previously account manager, has advanced to the role of account director on the Client Experience team. She will be responsible for overseeing work with clients and ensuring strategic creative plans are executed. Over more than 10 years with Airfoil, Bortman has worked with dozens of startups and established technology companies, including Bosch North America, Duo Security and TechSmith.
Elaine Green, previously account manager, has advanced to the role of account director on the Client Experience team. She will support strategy development and lead teams through the execution of B2B and B2C programs. Green has been with Airfoil for more than seven years, and her current clients include Bosch North America and several early-stage tech companies.
Molly Nyenhuis, previously senior account executive, has advanced to the role of account supervisor on the Client Experience team. She will serve as client liaison to cross-functional account teams, helping execute communication strategies that meet each client’s objectives. Over more than five years with Airfoil, Nyenhuis has played a key role in several consumer-tech product launches and media events.
Lindsey Tinetti, previously senior account executive, has advanced to the role of account supervisor on the Client Experience team. She will serve as client liaison, fostering client-agency relationships through sound counsel and creative problem-solving, as well as driving the planning and execution of special events. Tinetti has been with Airfoil for two years.
Tim Moynihan, previously media strategist and editorial services, has advanced to the role of editorial director. He will oversee content strategy and execution across the agency, collaborating with clients on written materials and inbound-marketing campaigns. A former tech journalist, Moynihan joined Airfoil in 2017.
Harmony Cook has advanced to the role of business development and marketing specialist. In her nearly 14 years at Airfoil, Cook has worked in several core functions, from administration and business management to client work and support. Cook is instrumental in supporting marketing initiatives and new business for the agency, including lead-generation and CRM efforts.
